TERMS
Rental prices are based on a 10-hour day including 2 complete camera systems and 2/3 man crew. Overtime is charged at $ 150 per hour for the pilot and $ 100 per hour for the camera operator. 25% additional charge for night shots. 10% surcharge on equipment for security system for flight over water. Dangerous shots or locations without helicopter autorotation possibilities will have a surcharge of 15% to 30% on the equipment.
IN ADDITION TO CAMCOPTER SYSTEM'S OWN INSURANCE, ADDITIONAL LIABILITY, FILM AND EQUIPMENT INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT (Total equipment value is $ 250,000).

Film material and daylight spools will be charged by consumption.
Location visiting will be charged additionally.
Hotel and food expenses will be charged by the invoice. Per diems will be charged separately.
Shooting permits must be organized by customer.
Realization of all flying is subject to security regulations.
Following completion of shooting, filmed material cannot be used until receipt of final payment.
Transportation for equipment and crew must be provided.
The decision of executing a demanded shot is at pilot's discretion.
The customer is responsible for choice and provision of filters and film stock, correct lens and camera speed settings.
Final order must be made at least 2 weeks prior to shooting.
50% down payment to be paid to CamCopter Systems prior to start date.
10% cancellation fee if advised less than two weeks prior to starting date.
30% cancellation fee if advised less than one week before starting date.
